Ingredients
1 pc large lapu lapu fillet
Half bulb garlic
Half pc ginger
1 pc mandarin orange
Spoonful conriander
2 stalk lemon grass
1 large aluminum foil
2 tbsp corn oil
3 pcs baby carrots

Procedure
1.Set oven at 240F.
2.Cut garlic, ginger, juliennestyle.
3.Place the fillet on the foil and put together all the ingredients.
4.Put the orange last and squeeze it.
5.Add AJI-SHIO PEPPER PLUS, AND AJI-SHIO GARLIC PLUS.
6.Wrap seal it and whack it in the oven.
7.Cook for 10-12 mins in 240F.
